Where some place you could sign up for money without or with a credit card?

Like where some place on the computer you could apply for a sweepstake to win money. i don t have a credit card i just applied for it they say it will take up to 3 weeks they goig to check my credit report if i qualify i sign up with capitol one they interest is 4 dollars
